These terms apply when you buy a digital product from n3worx, run by Saif Khalfan Alnuaimi, an individual seller based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Contact: support@n3worx.com.
1. Who you are buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your invoice: it takes your payment, adds and pays any applicable sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase: lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. We remain responsible for the product itself, its content and your support.
2. What you are buying
Downloadable spreadsheet kits (.xlsx workbooks) with PDF guides, as described on each product page. Nothing physical is shipped, there is no subscription and no service is included. You pay once, in US dollars.
Delivery: straight after payment, your download link is in Lemon Squeezy's receipt email. You can also find your files at any time in Lemon Squeezy's My Orders page (app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders) using the email you bought with. If you can't find them, email us.
Software: the kits need Microsoft Excel (2010 or later, or Microsoft 365), Google Sheets or LibreOffice, as stated on each product page. They contain no macros.
3. Licence: what you may do with the files
The files stay our copyright. When you buy, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence:
- Single-business licence (the standard editions and the pair): use within one business for its own records. You may make copies for your own backups and staff.
- Firm / multi-client licence (the "Firm" and "Multi-client" editions): use within one firm for your own clients. You may share the outputs you create, such as filled-in reports, with those clients.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense, upload for others to download or give away the template files, whether blank or as a template, or present them as your own product.
4. Important: not tax or legal advice
- The kits are information, planning and record-keeping aids. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice, and buying them does not create an adviser–client relationship.
- They have not been reviewed by a licensed tax adviser, registered tax agent or lawyer. The rules were compared with official public texts (Ministry of Finance, Federal Tax Authority, UAE Legislation portal) by people who are not licensed advisers. The workbooks, guides and translations were drafted with the help of AI tools.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the UAE Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Authority, OpenPeppol or any government body.
- Each kit shows the date its rules were checked. Laws, deadlines and official lists change. Always check the current official sources and confirm with a registered tax agent before you file, apply or make a decision.
- Using a kit does not guarantee compliance, a refund or any other outcome. Any Arabic text marked as a working or unofficial translation is for convenience only. Where an official Arabic legal text exists, it prevails.
5. Refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms.
6. Updates
If we release a corrected version of a kit within 12 months of your purchase, the updated file appears in your Lemon Squeezy My Orders page, or you can ask us by email. We don't promise to update the kits for future rule changes.
7. Liability
We make the kits carefully but can't promise they are error-free or right for your situation. To the extent the law allows:
- you use the kits and decide what to do with their outputs at your own risk;
- we're not liable for any tax, penalty, interest, lost refund, lost profit or other loss that comes from relying on a kit; and
- our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. If there's a dispute, please email us first so we can try to resolve it. Questions about payment, tax or your invoice are covered by Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Questions: support@n3worx.com.
