This policy explains what personal information is collected when you buy from or contact n3worx, and how it is used.
Who we are
n3worx is run by Saif Khalfan Alnuaimi, an individual seller based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is not a company. You can reach us at support@n3worx.com.
Who processes your payment
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC), which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your invoice: it takes your payment, calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and issues your receipt. It handles your payment details under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
What we receive and why

We do not collect sensitive information and do not ask for your tax records. The spreadsheet kits run on your own computer or in your own Google account. Anything you type into them stays with you. We can't see it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal information.
- We don't send marketing emails unless you've opted in separately. You can opt out at any time.
- This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party fonts or scripts.
Who else handles your information
Only the services we need to run the store:
- Lemon Squeezy: payments, tax, invoices, file delivery and the My Orders page.
- Our email provider: support email.
- Vercel: hosting this website.
- AI writing assistants that help us read and draft replies to support emails. A person approves every reply.
These services may store data outside the UAE, including in the EU and the US.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and for no more than 5 years after your purchase. We keep support emails for up to 2 years after the conversation ends. After that, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email support@n3worx.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Some order records may need to be kept for tax or accounting reasons even after you ask us to delete them. Lemon Squeezy holds its own records of your payment; for those, please contact Lemon Squeezy.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data-protection law, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Children
Our products are for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
